The worst bank ever. I go to the drive up window to deposit $3000. They told me I had to come in. For what I don’t know. I deposited CASH. they put a 3 hold on my money. Never heard of a bank that put cash on hold

Staff isn't properly trained. I go to this bank for my company to deposit checks. I've done this process for years. And for no reason she tells me I can't do it. When did the policy change? Can't answer the question.Why can't answer the question train your staff properly.

Count your money in front of the ATM camera before you drive away... I withdrew some cash and it was $10 short because there was a $10 in the middle of the $20s. The did refund it though
