When I called they said they price match to the online but when your ONLY vehicle is in need of repair. The last thing you need is to(figure out a way to even GET TO the store only to find out that three part is not$27. Its $208. And Idk about other ppl but I just don't have it like that to be able to pay 181. EXTRA and I definitely don't carry that kind of cash around like JUST IN CASE MONEY. But maybe SOMEDAY!!”

“Upon hearing a noise while braking after the brakes were fixed, they expedited for me an earlier appointment and diagnosed my car without charge. That perhaps just might be what they're supposed to do, but I felt that they were thorough and showed genuine care and concern.Another key reason for my rating is due to our shuttle driver, Russ. He is not only a pleasant and engaging person but he seems very socially keen as he was able to interact with several different people just like he had things in common with all of them. Haha I wonder if I want my car to have an issue just so I can drop it off and shoot the breeze with Russ as he takes me to and from work.In all seriousness aside from perhaps high prices, which at least to me didn't seem out of the ordinary for a dealership, I feel their service and professionalism has been very good. I know others based on the reviews have not had that experience and certainly not undermining them. I'm just happy that at least for me my experience with this dealership has been a pleasant one.”
