You can't just start taking off parts without knowing what needs reset, handled a certain way and or calibrated. In addition, Tesla vehicles are made of aluminum. Shops are required to have a designated area for aluminum repairs away from steel. I'm sure that if he called and simply asked questions before jumping on Google reviews that he'd be receptive and understand.
Just my thoughts and I don't even know Wu, but know Bob and have had good experiences with England Motorcoach. They repaired my Ram 3500 after I jackknifed a trailer into it, repainted my Toyota Tacoma and also repainted a Viper for me years ago. Top-tier local business. Highly recommended. Fair pricing. They even work with the local Enterprise rental car agency to ensure you have a rental car ready after your car gets dropped off.”
