Metro phone store at the Penn Mart Shopping Center in New Castle Delaware and The woman there was very rude and did not pay any attention to my request and did not answer my inquiries . She should be fired

They are never open at the time they say their supposed to and they also scammed me out of my $100 they owed me and their customer service is horrible
