Best Buy is a typical electronics store with a great selection of laptops and other accessories. The store layout is fine and the Geek Squad can be very helpful. However, customers frequently report a lack of available staff, and when employees are present, they are often seen on their phones and not paying attention. This results in shoppers needing help but finding no one around, sometimes causing them to leave. While some staff members are friendly and good, the overall staffing is limited. The store has also undergone significant changes, with many longtime benefits and product categories being removed. Previous membership deals and reward systems have been gutted. Furthermore, the store's inventory is often low, with lots of items out of stock on the shelves, sometimes requiring items to be shipped. Entire sections, like movies, have been eliminated entirely. This has led some customers to question the reason for visiting, moving from a go-to tech shop to a place that prompts the question, "Why am I even here?"
Looking for a new TV for the first time since smart TVs were invented. Needed help in learning about then but not a soul around to help. Gave up and left

Stop by this particular Best buy location on a whim. They didn't have what I needed the layout is typical Best buy but the staff is friendly and helpful
