Over the holidays, I purchased two smartwatches for my children and was able to take advantage of some fantastic sales. However, when I received my recent bill, I noticed I had been overcharged for certain items.
I visited the store to resolve the issue, and the manager, Derrick, demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and care. Derrick promptly corrected the billing discrepancy and ensured that my concerns were addressed with genuine courtesy. The level of customer service I received was truly impressive.

“I just moved here from Arkansas. I went to Walmart to buy an Apple Watch and they were completely out, so I stopped here. I was greeted very quickly, but it wasn’t a typical sales pitch, he was very happy to help and answered the questions I had. Both the workers in the electronic section were extremely polite. “The customer service at Aaron’s was amazing, and the movers were even better. They carried a stacked washer and dryer up three flights of stairs and were very patient the whole time (our apartment staircase is very difficult I my add) They installed and help us work the machine. They also joked with us and gave us good conversation the whole time they were there. I’m happy with their service and the product we received.”

“After spending DAYS circling the drain on the abysmal website and the worst call center in the world .....I finally went in person and was helped by Alexandria who was AMAZING! She was able to address my issue immediately, was caring and knowledgeable. The best of all was she provided me with information about products and my account options without being super pushy. “I just purchased x4 pla filament (silk and sparkle) from Printed Solid. I’ve tried about a dozen other companies. Some of those were mediocre, some were beautiful -however the two equally amazing TOP brands in my opinion are Printed Solid and Matterhackers. I can honestly say that Printed Solid filament is on par with Matter Hacker. Printed Solid filament is beautiful- with the rainbow PLA the transition is nice and smooth, the colors are stunning -and true to as described. The packaging is airtight and bubble wrapped, shipping was fast from Delaware to Washington State. I was so ecstatic to find another company as great and reliable as Matter Hacker but with more filament options in color ranges. I am so impressed and so HAPPY! Thank you for providing such exceptional service and such a high quality product. I will definitely be purchasing more filament from you down the road. ????? ??”

“I recently purchased a new computer at the Apple Store in the Christiana Mall and received what can only be described as truly exceptional service across multiple visits.
My initial purchasing experience was handled by Miguel. I visited the store three times before committing, and Miguel was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering every single question I had to ensure I selected the perfect computer for my specific needs. When I changed my mind on the color, the exchange was handled seamlessly, which I greatly appreciated. He truly took the time to make the buying decision stress-free.
The service didn't stop there. I later required extended care for a crucial data recovery issue. Miguel quickly set me up with the Genius Bar, where I met Josh. Josh worked with me for an astonishing seven hours to save the photos on my old backup hard drive—pictures from the first five years of my children's lives. Losing these would have been devastating. Josh was relentless, keeping an incredibly positive attitude while diligently trying a variety of complex solutions and even pulling in colleagues for creative ideas. I was so impressed that Miguel even came by to check on my progress during this lengthy data recovery session.
The professionalism and dedication of the team, especially Josh and Miguel, achieved every goal I set out to accomplish. Not only did I walk away with an incredible new computer, but they also saved my most precious digital memories. This is truly top-notch service. Thank you!”

“My experience with T MOBILE has not been the greatest. I was considering being a Business customer and was sent equipment with the promise and understanding that the representative would return to install the modem and set up phones. The Rep never returned.
Subsequently after 30 days. and the Rep never returned. We tried to return the unopened boxes of equipment which we were told could be dropped off at any T MOBILE center. Well did I get a runaround for that !! Went to the one on Dupont Hwy, waited a hour to be told I needed to go to Christiana Mall or Kirkwood Hwy to get a label to return the equipment. I was also told that this same Rep had done the same kind of same bad service to countless others. Get to the mall wait another hour. Left there with the same equipment but this time, left with the promise from the customer service that I would receive a email with the shipping labels. Two weeks later, Never received the labels.
I would like to thank to two individuals at the Mail that sat with me on the phone and diligently tried to solve my problems with return of the equipment that T Mobile says I will have to pay for. SMH
The 5 star review is a Thank you for Luther and Ziara. Without your help nothing would have been accomplished. I still have to try again to get the label and return the equipment that I will not pay for.”

“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”

I was assisted by representative Syrcee, and she was very knowledgeable, explained serval options to accommodate my desire,s and Syrcee was very thorough in helping me getting my service back . “7-Eleven to gas up on a busy turnpike. Grab a variety of soda, cookies, etc. The staff members were pleasant, courteous and friendly. Would recommend if you need a quick snack, gas or lottery tickets.”
