The Christiana Home Depot is a helpful and friendly store that serves residents of Newark, DE with tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. Customers appreciate the staff for their excellent service, helpfulness, and patience. Regular shoppers often find the staff well-known and welcoming, making visits pleasant. The store, though smaller, offers a decent selection and generally short checkout lines, though sometimes there are waits for returns. Several employees, like Jessica in lawn and garden and Dexter in the garden department, go beyond expectations to assist customers, making a positive difference. The store's location is convenient, and most items are in stock, although it does not accept Apple Pay, which some customers wish they would add. Overall, the store provides a good shopping experience with helpful staff who are willing to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Absolutely fantastic outlet. Just love the fact that you can practically get any tool/construction item/home fittings, etc. here. There's well catalogued isle wise sections, which makes it easy to find the item you're looking for. Staff are also helpful.
