I visited the store to resolve the issue, and the manager, Derrick, demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and care. Derrick promptly corrected the billing discrepancy and ensured that my concerns were addressed with genuine courtesy. The level of customer service I received was truly impressive.

“On New Years Eve I had to go to the Xfinity store at the Christiana mall, after spending over 5 frustrating hours on the phone with multiple customer service representatives that were of no help, and was immediately greeted with a smile and positivity by the store manager Amanda. My issue is very complex and while they were unable to resolve it at the store, Amanda filed a ticket right away, explained the process with transparency and has remained in contact with me each day to update me on what she knows and next steps. She continues to do everything in her power to help resolve the error made by Xfinity and takes a lot of personal pride in her job and helping customers. “My experience with T MOBILE has not been the greatest. I was considering being a Business customer and was sent equipment with the promise and understanding that the representative would return to install the modem and set up phones. The Rep never returned.
Subsequently after 30 days. and the Rep never returned. We tried to return the unopened boxes of equipment which we were told could be dropped off at any T MOBILE center. Well did I get a runaround for that !! Went to the one on Dupont Hwy, waited a hour to be told I needed to go to Christiana Mall or Kirkwood Hwy to get a label to return the equipment. I was also told that this same Rep had done the same kind of same bad service to countless others. Get to the mall wait another hour. Left there with the same equipment but this time, left with the promise from the customer service that I would receive a email with the shipping labels. Two weeks later, Never received the labels.
I would like to thank to two individuals at the Mail that sat with me on the phone and diligently tried to solve my problems with return of the equipment that T Mobile says I will have to pay for. SMH
