“I dropped my s23 ultra which resulted in my screen cracking and the bottom third of the phone barely lighting up. I emailed this shop for a quote and quickly received a reply via email and text. I brought my phone here an hour later and they were able to fix it in 30min. I chose the OEM option which was a bit pricy.(think $300+) But their price was in line with what other shops are charging. I have seen some reviews stating that they do not use OEM parts. I do not know for certain that my parts are OEM, but my phone looks and operates the way it was prior to it being damaged. No issues with the fingerprint sensor or anything else. From my research this would not be the case if they replaced my screen with a cheap aftermarket one. If I need a phone repair in the future, I will not hesitate to bring my phone here. (This review was written 4 weeks after my repair)”

“Recently purchased an iPhone via Apple who interfaced with AT&T as my carrier. I received my AT&T bill and immediately questioned the amount. I visited the AT&T store and Amanda quickly saw the reason for my question and after a few qualifying questions she resolved the issue. The Apple/ AT&T combined transaction process needs a review but with people like Amanda issues can be quickly addressed and corrected.”

“My experience with T MOBILE has not been the greatest. I was considering being a Business customer and was sent equipment with the promise and understanding that the representative would return to install the modem and set up phones. The Rep never returned.
Subsequently after 30 days. and the Rep never returned. We tried to return the unopened boxes of equipment which we were told could be dropped off at any T MOBILE center. Well did I get a runaround for that !! Went to the one on Dupont Hwy, waited a hour to be told I needed to go to Christiana Mall or Kirkwood Hwy to get a label to return the equipment. I was also told that this same Rep had done the same kind of same bad service to countless others. Get to the mall wait another hour. Left there with the same equipment but this time, left with the promise from the customer service that I would receive a email with the shipping labels. Two weeks later, Never received the labels.
I would like to thank to two individuals at the Mail that sat with me on the phone and diligently tried to solve my problems with return of the equipment that T Mobile says I will have to pay for. SMH

My initial purchasing experience was handled by Miguel. I visited the store three times before committing, and Miguel was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering every single question I had to ensure I selected the perfect computer for my specific needs. When I changed my mind on the color, the exchange was handled seamlessly, which I greatly appreciated. He truly took the time to make the buying decision stress-free.
The service didn't stop there. I later required extended care for a crucial data recovery issue. Miguel quickly set me up with the Genius Bar, where I met Josh. Josh worked with me for an astonishing seven hours to save the photos on my old backup hard drive—pictures from the first five years of my children's lives. Losing these would have been devastating. Josh was relentless, keeping an incredibly positive attitude while diligently trying a variety of complex solutions and even pulling in colleagues for creative ideas. I was so impressed that Miguel even came by to check on my progress during this lengthy data recovery session.
