“I have always received great service from this location from shipping to notary service. I dropped them to 4 stars because the last visit near year’s end, I was referred to another desk to get service when the staffer was clearly tied up with a detailed passport or other official issue. Once done she looked at me and walked away. She said NOTHING. Others lined up behind me with no one directing us for 15 minutes only to send me back to the desk where I started. I would have happily waited at the original desk- I could see they were busy and I was patient. I just find it rude to ignore me and say nothing - even a simple sentence - ‘I’m heading to another desk and cannot help.” - is a basic courtesy. She is the only staff person I encountered there like that. Hopefully she was just having a bad day as that was unprofessional.”

“I love this place so much. Is it odd to love the UPS Store? Maybe. But the guys that work here are such an absolute delight, that I look forward to making my (frequent) Amazon returns. They are kind, helpful, and good at their jobs. Give these guys a raise!”

“I’ve been going to this UPS location on and off over the last 20 years and have always received great service. I don't know how much weight to give to the negative reviews. Even our teenaged son has used their services to mail and return items. He has been greeted and treated with respect, he says. My husband and I went this evening within the last 10 minutes, and we were helped without any hesitancy or poor attitude as some reviews seem to indicate. I will continue to use this location!”
