“My terrific experience every time I go into the UPS store on Ogletown-Stanton Rd. and Harmony Rd. in Newark deserves a shout out. They are always so helpful and nice, and very quick. It’s always a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I had a lot to do with something very important that had to go out and had to go out just the right way. I needed to make copies from my phone and I do not know how to do that. Mackenzie was more than helpful and did it for me, taking away all of my anxiety over having to get it done. She was so sweet and I’m so grateful to her. I hope Mackenzie reads this and knows that she took all my worry away, even though I told her so over and over again.
