“I randomly came across postnet on yelp, saw the low rating from one review 9years ago, and feel I need to set the record straight and clear up this injustice. I have been using postnet for three years for myself and on behalf of the organization I work for. Mostly I come here for printing and shipping. Where else can you ship UPS, USPS, and FedEx safely, with a receipt, at one location??? Maybe they do other carriers too, but these are the ones I use. Going to postnet saves me from driving all over town shipping and making returns. The printing is quick and quality work. They are always helpful in answering my vague questions and making sure the product is what I am looking for. Honestly, people, get yourselves to postnet! Save yourself from the black hole of humanity that can be the post office some days, or the incredibly long lines at the UPS Store in these times of staggering numbers of pandemic returns. Jason and the people at Postnet will take care of you!”
“I’ve been going to this UPS location on and off over the last 20 years and have always received great service. I don't know how much weight to give to the negative reviews. Even our teenaged son has used their services to mail and return items. He has been greeted and treated with respect, he says. My husband and I went this evening within the last 10 minutes, and we were helped without any hesitancy or poor attitude as some reviews seem to indicate. I will continue to use this location!”

“The guy who helped me the other day went above and beyond. The sign said closed ( it was 230pm on a weekday), I pulled the door in disbelief, and the sign was right. I began to return to my car. A gentleman opened the door, asked me to return, and took my package and phone to get the qr code. Returned my phone and wished me well. “I have always received great service from this location from shipping to notary service. I dropped them to 4 stars because the last visit near year’s end, I was referred to another desk to get service when the staffer was clearly tied up with a detailed passport or other official issue. Once done she looked at me and walked away. She said NOTHING. Others lined up behind me with no one directing us for 15 minutes only to send me back to the desk where I started. I would have happily waited at the original desk- I could see they were busy and I was patient. I just find it rude to ignore me and say nothing - even a simple sentence - ‘I’m heading to another desk and cannot help.” - is a basic courtesy. She is the only staff person I encountered there like that. Hopefully she was just having a bad day as that was unprofessional.”
