“My terrific experience every time I go into the UPS store on Ogletown-Stanton Rd. and Harmony Rd. in Newark deserves a shout out. They are always so helpful and nice, and very quick. It’s always a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I had a lot to do with something very important that had to go out and had to go out just the right way. I needed to make copies from my phone and I do not know how to do that. Mackenzie was more than helpful and did it for me, taking away all of my anxiety over having to get it done. She was so sweet and I’m so grateful to her. I hope Mackenzie reads this and knows that she took all my worry away, even though I told her so over and over again. Stopped by Staples in between mobile visits for patients to return some Amazon items and ended up browsing the store a bit. Everything was well organized and easy to find, and they had a great selection of office and workspace supplies.
The Amazon return process was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Even while they were busy, the line moved fast and I was in and out.

“Not to glaze a UPS Store, but I cannot express enough how helpful these guys are. Every time you walk in, you’re welcomed with a friendly face, no matter who is helping you.
I have anxiety, so sometimes things that seem simple can be a little overwhelming for me. But I can walk in there with a return label, no box, and a dream—with absolutely no idea what I’m supposed to do—and they’re always like, “No problem! This is what you do,” or “I can help you with that.”
I accidentally brought in a package with a FedEx label once, and instead of just sending me away, he taped it up for me and told me exactly where I could take it.
And when I say “he,” I mean the blond one! If he isn’t the manager, he absolutely should be. It’s obvious that he’s a leader among the staff—they look to him for support, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, and he is always so kind. You can also tell this group of guys genuinely enjoys working together, which makes the whole environment even better.
