    Go to a different one, this is poorly run. The Uhaul they assigned me online was not available because there was no truck that matched that license plate. I canceled it and went to another one and for the last week they have listened me as having the Uhaul and have continued to charge my card. This is my second time asking... read full comment

    Arrived to pick up a van. Doors are all locked, appears to be out of business

    We were told over the phone that they would be open until 3pm. So we told the lady on the phone that we would be there sometime between 2 and 3. Once we arrived, they were already closed. Apparently, they close by 2pm. This misinformation has wasted our entire afternoon and is extremely unprofessional on their end.
