However, I have seen people in bad moods come into the bank already upset, allowing any small inconvenience to set them off on an employee. Many such cases.
For practical purposes, Fulton in Ocean View is my local bank. I know the people who work there, and they know me. It's not perfect by any means, nothing is ever perfect, but I know the people who work there really care about the quality of their work.
