“While ultimately we caved under how difficult it would be to sign up for various services, Rachel, seriously knowledgeable in all aspects, was tireless in working with us and dealing with a discovered, previously unknown, appropriation of some of our financial data. She worked hours...really...at reporting and clearing the fraud, then had to do it again on a second account. The interfaces required of converting the service ultimately were too much for us, but her can-do attitude and cheerful attack of whatever barrier was before her should make her much valued by her employer. We certainly appreciated her tenacity and knowledge.”
