Department Stores in Rehoboth Beach, DE

“Mostly the associates are very helpful except one person with glasses to fill the drink section.The customer service needs more people. There is a girl , who was filling the shelves of one of the departments ,was very helpful. Her name is JEYLI .Although there was not any water which i was looking for , she went to the backroom and found a six pack case for me. I give her 5 stars. I was in the line yesterday and there was only one person to help the customers. I found a manager and he directed someone whose name is Jerome, very helpful person, to fill the empty spot. Overall i give 4 stars to Rehoboth walmart as it needs more attention to the restrooms and more assistance on the floor.”

“I was in need of a pair of pants that is desperately in need we went in found plenty of choices reasonably priced they seem to have a large selection that will be easy on your pocketbook I enjoyed the experience and was very pleased with the prices if you're a penny pincher like me LOL stop in and check them out you never know what you'll find and there were lots of quality products to choose from”

“i just want to leave a review on the sweet lady dawn that works in the rehoboth five and below my grandmothers sugar dropped while we were inside the store and she was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping my grandmother she even went and grabbed some juice that she had and gave my grandma to help her sugar rise back up she had it on hand for her co worker that is diabetic i just want to say thank you and that you don’t run into good people like this often so thank you so much for helping and we appreciate you so much dawn !!!”

“I am a very frequent shopper and this is my observation of the store:
The store was very well organized but not anymore! I visited T.J. Maxx in Dover, it has more merchandise and very well organized. The restroom needs more attention and should be sanitized . It needs paper towel and a fan. Overall , most of the associates are very friendly and helpful except a few long face ones.Especially one of the managers i believe as she was giving loud orders , Gina, is not kind and customer friendly. I confronted two incidents of her which were very disrespectful and discriminatory.
I raised my review from 3stars to 4 ⭐️ as the store manager made a good choice by promoting Jordan to a coordinator position. He was the nicest person ever and he has a very good customer relations and customer service experience . Good job manager!
Cleanliness i can give 3stars, organization 3 stars, some helpful associates 4 stars. Their inventory is not as good as Dover T.J. It is 4 stars.”

“I had the best experience at the Home Sense in Rehoboth Beach, DE!! I recently purchased 2 large rugs and Kelly and Derick were so helpful. They also could have not been any nicer. They folded the rugs, fit both of them in my car and provided service with a smile. Thank you Kelly and Derick, you both deserve kudos!!”

“I came in yesterday after stopping a couple different places. I was looking for something a little more specific, a cute lounge wear set for some photos. I ended up coming here, which I have been many times over the years. I ended up scoring with three different outfits, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The girl who started me a fitting room was so nice, helped get me a different size and also told me about the extra deals from the upstairs area. Always love coming here!”
