“I just wanted to share a quick shout-out about my first visit to this Wawa. Tom was absolutely amazing! I was actually about to head over to the self-checkout since I was doing Uber Eats and he was busy with some other Uber stuff himself. I didn’t want to bother him, but he jumped right in like, “No, no, I got you, bro. That machine doesn’t have feelings, I do!” He was hilarious and made my day with his great customer service. Just wanted to say thanks for making my first visit there awesome!”

“Attending Royal Farms during my morning commute to work is a daily must have. They always have fresh chicken and coffee. Store #146 has the best diverse staff who excel in customer service. From Ms Angie at the front cash register who always greets everyone when entering, to the professionalism that Ms. Dianna always delegates to her team members and Ms. Jakara who’s so hands on and welling to teach all associates. My favorite deli cook is Aaron who is not only courteous but always polite.”

“Great, Wawa’s are a good convenience store. They are usually brightly lit, clean, safe, well stocked, and staffed with good employees. You can get pretty much anything you need for a road trip. The sandwiches are decent, a lot better than most fast food restaurants. Being able to get gas is also a plus. The gas attendants are always friendly and hard working. With all the lights around the pumps it always seems safe. Think about it, where else are you going to go? Seven Eleven, no way, they suck.”

“I usually stop in at least once a week in the morning and the staff are very welcoming and polite. I recently stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for gas and met the store manager and his wife who are very friendly. He helped with using points. This was most important as I always use 93 grade. I really appreciate their customer service. Thanks”

“The customer service here is the best. They only want to help you. Ms.Beverly is the absolute best. She is always working when I go in there and she is always smiling and interacting with the customers. She is the absolute greatest!!!”

“I had just been diagnosed with a bad ear infection and the doctor sent over my antibiotics to the pharmacy. It was late and they were definitely short staffed however the young man who I wish I got his name, tech said we are probably going to close early due to staff shortage so you're meds might not be ready until tomorrow. I showed a bit of disappointment due to me not feeling well as well as far away distance wise I'm going to be in the morning for work. He then said hold on just hang out for a few minutes. Well it was about 5 minutes later and he called me up to the counter (there was a line down the aisle of people waiting) and Said we got them ready for you. I was so happy and grateful!!! Again I wish I had his name because he was the nicest tech I ever dealt with. Thank you to the staff at the Walgreens smyrna pharmacy! Your compassion and hard work does not go unnoticed!! 5 stars all the way!”
