“I must admit that I was extremely weary of buying a used car. The last time I purchased a used car was when I was a teenager. But my family we needed a second car. So, by chance we happened to drive by and saw this Range Rover and we stopped and met the salesman, John. He was extremely helpful especially working with the financial institution that I was working with. So, we did have a minor problem, the battery had to be replaced. And usually when you buy a used car it is an as is condition. So I was introduced to Lee Price the General Manager. Let me tell you something, this man is such a professional. He completely worked with me. To get the battery replaced. Other than that, the car rides great. I strongly recommend this place. Too bad I can only give 5 stars I would give it a million ***************”

“The Honda Martin Service center works very hard to achieve excellence. Their new location is more spacious with a very nice waiting area (free coffee, TV, wifi, plenty of electrical outlets). It's located adjacent to a WaWa in case you get hungry while waiting for your car. I wasn't there for long. Took their free and friendly shuttle service and got a ride home. Shuttle drop off and pickup is also available to Main St. The repair shop really made the extra effort to cover repair work under my Honda warranty whenever possible. They properly diagnosed and handled a very complex repair job and sent me helpful text updates. I bought my Honda CRV at Martin Honda and have used them for everything except new tires. This is a first class dealer and has earned my trust.”

“This dealership does not disappoint! My husband Terri and I came all the way from New York to find our upgraded trade-ins. We were in cars that were in great shape but we wanted a better deal and upgraded vehicles. We were greeted with open arms and patient dealers at Hertrich Nissan of Newark, DE. I traded my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV premium! I appreciated the hospitality and the honesty they promoted at this dealership. Lastly, since we live a few states away, and the fact that it was almost winter, they were kind to have mailed us our registration and new license plates. I am so happy to have found such a generous and good group of people to help us get into more reliable vehicles through it and through. Definitely will recommend this dealership and would come back for another trade-in towards the future. My husband traded his 2017 Honda HRV for a 2021 Mazda CX30. Drives smooth, so sleek. “I love this place and won't go anywhere else for a car. I've been looking for a car for approximately 8 months and noone would approve me due to my credit, not even the places on the radio who swear they approve everyone even if God cant. I tried them all. I went to New Castle Motors this morning and David told me to pick the cars I liked and he would figure it out. He came back in 5 mins with a list of cars I could test drive. The staff was amazing and they jump through hoops to get you what you want or need. I left with the car I wanted and I don't know how they made that happen but they did. They got me a car so they can get anyone a car. They even gave me insurance numbers to call when the insurance companies would not approve me. David said he would make it happen and he did. I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. I was there dealing with different insurance companies before they gave me companies to call and I witnessed all the staff there doing everything to make sure the customers left in cars. You can't leave without meeting David or Larry. Honestly the whole staff was so welcoming and helpful. They really want you to leave in the car you want and I didn't once feel like it was about money like every other car place. I felt like they just want to help and make people happy. Love love love this place! Love u Larry and thank you so much David for literally being the only person who said they would get me into a car an did! Wherever you go for a car just at least stop at New Castle Motors first just see what they have. They will work with you and get you in the car if you want it.”

“Owner of a diesel truck and a gas truck. My gas truck has been giving me transmission problems and having one in the dealership and the other getting fixed brought me to Enterprise to rent a car. We stopped by here and didn’t see it was a car sales but hey!!! I found a Mazda CX-5! I was able to test drive it with out hesitation. It runs smooth, shifts properly, doesn’t make any sounds, it’s in a perfect shape! Definitely will be doing business here again in the future. Car price was pretty decent and the mileage on it is not bad at all. Thank you David A for helping us out and looking for the best apr for me! I will be recommending you to my friends, family and customers if they need a car.
