“I took my 2023 Harley Road Glide to get two speakers and an amp installed. Steve was awesome getting me what i was looking for. Great communication during the install when there was an issue with it fitting in the fairing. They even made a custom bracket to hide it under a side cover so it wouldn't take up space in the saddlebag. Great install and the bike sounds great. I'll be going back for the lids to get done.”

“Zhibo Wu is pretty clueless when it comes to Tesla repairs. Regardless of the severity of the damage, Tesla strongly recommends Tesla-certified shops to the ensure that the factory warranty remains intact. Tesla requires shops that work on their vehicles to undergo specialized training because of advanced ADAS systems. You can't just start taking off parts without knowing what needs reset, handled a certain way and or calibrated. In addition, Tesla vehicles are made of aluminum. Shops are required to have a designated area for aluminum repairs away from steel. I'm sure that if he called and simply asked questions before jumping on Google reviews that he'd be receptive and understand.
Just my thoughts and I don't even know Wu, but know Bob and have had good experiences with England Motorcoach. They repaired my Ram 3500 after I jackknifed a trailer into it, repainted my Toyota Tacoma and also repainted a Viper for me years ago. Top-tier local business. Highly recommended. Fair pricing. They even work with the local Enterprise rental car agency to ensure you have a rental car ready after your car gets dropped off.”
“Just bought my first motorcycle. Tyler is the man! I told him my budget and showed me a handful of great used bikes and even rode one around for me so I could hear how it runs, shifts, ect. Another gentleman helped me find a jacket that fit, cant remember his name unfortunatly. They even swapped the battery out with a brand new one for me when it wouldn't start just as I was about to pull out of the parking lot lol. Great place, great selection, great people!”

“My husband and I recently decided to retire our 2008 Subaru Outback. We visited Ourisman Subaru in Newark, Delaware and met Laura Hart-Siano. She sat us down and picked our brains about all things Subaru, making lists and explaining in graphic detail (yes, she literally drew a chart from memory) of the different features in each of the Outback models. During our first test drive of a 2025 Outback, Laura demonstrated how to operate the more “modern” features of the vehicle. In addition to her depth of knowledge, she was so pleasant, alleviating the stress of buying a new car. She’s a skilled listener and a fair negotiator. We talked numbers with both Laura and Greg Winter, the sales manager, also a pleasure to work with during the back-and-forth negotiations. “After a horrible experience with trying to get the body of my truck repaired through another business. Randy did the work and it turned on pretty good . Only concern I had, is not letting me know before or at the time of install my aftermarket part would /had caused a cosmetic defect (crooked and distinct gapping between fender and hood) so I could possibly opt to order OEM. Didn’t notice it until later that day. Will talk with him and update review”
