“I visited the Smyrna location recently to get a scan because my car had the check engine light came on. Jacob assisted me. He was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The spark plugs that were needed were unavailable because the car was a newer vehicle and the dealers tend to hold on to the parts until after the cars are out for a while. Jacob didn't stop there. He asked team members (who were also great) for suggestions. I took their advice. I've visited this store multiple times and have always received great service and have always gotten what I needed.”

“I went right before they closed on March 29th and the gentleman that helped me was very nice, my uncle had called to see if they had a starter because I had been running around at another auto parts store trying to find one that worked, this gentleman (I can’t remember his name) pre tested the starter even though they are already tested and let me know that it was a good starter before I came to pick it up, he was patient and empathetic towards the fact that I didn’t have my car and made the process easier than any other stores I visited that day, would highly recommend this location and I’m grateful that they made the process quick and easy!
