“We had to transport a large item from Dover back to MOT area. Found a cargo van online for $ 19.95 per day plus $ 0.79 per mile. Booked it online, and the van was ready for us to pick up the following day. Check in was easy, staff was helpful and friendly. Took only a bit over an hour for the actual use. Returned with gas filled to the pick up level with no issues. Very convenient for us, and will consider future use if arises.”

“No attendant at first storage location. Hard to find attendant at second location. Then he puts pound sign where star is supposed to go on card so we couldn't get out of gate. He said it was his first day at that location. Didn't offer lock but asked if I ever rented a storage unit before and I said no. This was his opportunity to make a sale .”
