“I got my brake pads and rotors changed on my back 2 tires, it took about two hours due to how bad my brake pads were. The total was 588 in case anybody was looking for that lol, labor was around 300 dollars which obviously made the price more. But, i would say it is worth it to go here”

“I've been in for an oil change and a tire rotation twice ( $126 ). I spoke to the manager at the time. Customer service was great. All of the questions and concerns that I had were answered. When asking what model car I had He ran off all of the models of my vehicle before I could even remember which one I had. Man, he is good ;o) ... Overall, everything was good. The only thing is the lady there seemed like she had an attitude. I was told it would be about an hour and a half, so I left my car. There are a few discrepancies but nothing to be concerned about. They do run on the more expensive end for maintenance service, but they say you get what you pay for right. Hopefully, they will send me some coupons. Thanks for the good work, Firestone. If you're in the middletown area, go to the middletown location also... or the Smyrna location .... Tell them I sent you...”
