“My first experience with this place, was truly amazing and professional. I would highly recommend Jamie”s to anyone, I went to Patriot in Middletown, as their service and professionalism sucks. The lady working behind the counter, isn’t Patriot is unknowable when dealing with warranties and their companies. Jamie’s is very knowledgeable and in touch with people. Jamie’s is definitely my new mechanic, and hopefully Patriot car and truck can take notes from Jamie’s.”
“My husband & I are truck drivers and were running 2 separate trucks up Rt. 1 when I blew an inside rear trailer tire. I took the next exit and headed south on rt. 13 toward the rest area to figure out what to do. I found Mike's Tire Repair online and incidentally, it was less than a mile away. I was able to limp it there, unfortunately, they didn't have the size tire I needed. The nice young man that helped me, who was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient took it upon himself to call around and found a tire 40 miles away. He went above and beyond the call of duty by going and getting this tire for me!! And got it on promptly so I could get back on the road. Thank you, Guys for saving the day! Will definitely keep this local family business in mind for any future tire needs!”

“We've used Lube Depot for several years now (ever since moving to Smyrna back in 2018). While they're not the cheapest, they're reasonably priced and have always seemed to be honest and forthcoming with information. We really like their car cash program where you receive 10% of your invoice in "car cash" to put towards your next visit. The staff (Becky up front) is always friendly and helpful, and their manager (I'm assuming she's the manager) seems to really enjoy interacting/engaging with the customers while they wait - even going as far as discussing pricing on services, etc. We're happy to have found this place and will continue using them/referring others to them.
