“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”

Doing transfers while I’m away and there are so good with handling the things I ask, which are probably more than most people lol. They’re so efficient and I really appreciate the great service from this branch.”

“So the other day I took out cash Cinthia was my teller. She was perfect. I hope others can learn from her. She was polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel like a criminal . There’s been many occasion in the past not with this bank but I had PNC, where I would take out cash from my own bank account but they would make me feel like a criminal. At that time I had a legit job. My earnings were direct deposited into my account, so it’s not like I was depositing cash every time into my bank account. More than one occasion I felt like a criminal when I would take out cash like $2000 or $3000. I understand banks have policies and they need to ask a customer why are you taking out this cash but you don’t need to make the person feel like a criminal to do so”
“I've been using DEXSTA for a number of years & never had an issue here, until just yesterday. After stopping into the Foulk Rd branch to speak with the Branch Manager, Eric Quinones, briefly about the issue, he quickly provided a solution with a basic & upfront explanation of what caused the issue. They have been kind and very friendly when i come in once a month to cash my Bank of America retirement checkThey are fast and very courteous. Mr. Klezaras today 9/15 wss so helpful just like his entire teller staff. I don't know if this review will get to him or to his office but i just want again to say thank you to everyone at this brsnch.”

“Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan”
