My car was towed in with a ruined tire, and the young man drove to the supplier immediately to get a replacement... After a brief wait in their pleasant waiting room I was on my way. Also, they gave me the choice of getting an alignment, instead of just doing it and making me pay for it. Reasonable cost and friendly service!
