The guys there do an amazing job at helping customers with all of their needs. The always go above and beyond to help the customer. Plus they always have amazing deals that other Cricket Wireless don’t offer.

Calling customer service to make a payment was the worst….I call maybe over 7 times and no luck then I ended up going in person to this location in Maryland Ave in Wilm, DE and the service I got was very satisfied but if they improved calling to make a payment probably I would give them at least 4 starts
