“Decent album collection, some used / refurbished vintage turntables. Also does a lot of repairs / tune-ups as evidenced by the many, not for sale, turntables around the store. Owner is very nice. Been there more than 15 years, but just discovered. Worth a trip if you live in the area.”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”

“I love this location. Store Always clean but bathrooms not. I have no other complaints other than the bathrooms not always being up to par. Lines move quick and employees are helpful. Can be slow sometimes to get help in the electronics section but I’m patient so I don’t mind.”

The manager called me personally to apologize and offer a refund after I emailed corporate customer relations.Counterfeit vape products have caused serious lung injury and death in dozens of cases around the US, so this is an issue to be taken seriously. Always verify the authenticity of your vape products using the instructions on the packaging. Most companies have anti-counterfeit tracking under a scratch-off label on the packaging.I have provided the upc code and photos of packaging to management and they are pulling the products in question immediately.This all happened within the span of about four hours so I'm honestly impressed with the quick response on this.”
