“Decent album collection, some used / refurbished vintage turntables. Also does a lot of repairs / tune-ups as evidenced by the many, not for sale, turntables around the store. Owner is very nice. Been there more than 15 years, but just discovered. Worth a trip if you live in the area.”

“There was a spectacular employee working here that tried her best to be speedy although she was working alone, she tried to get everyone the best deals and showed she was knowledgeable about the products, but most impressively she showed amazing tact. See, I have a massive infection in my leg which can give off a TERRIBLE odor if not changed daily or sometimes twice daily. I hadn't changed them yet and I know it smelled bad. I think her name was Jesse. Anyway, she was extremely polite even though I know she was suffering. Metro should be proud to have an employee with such excellent customer service!”
“I walked in to the Concord mall Best Buy today with the intentions of canceling my Verizon plan due to their poor customer service. Luckily For Verizon, I met their representative Elijah Donald. Elijah is the standard for professionalism that Verizon( and bestbuy) needs. Not only did he help me with my issues and concerns. He was able to hook me up with an insurance plan and a new phone that was greatly needed. Best Buy has an All-Star working there and it’s definitely him.”

“My visit to this T-Mobile store was a great experience. I went there yesterday, and the customer service person was exceptional. Her name is Aileen M. She is a Mobile Expert. Aileen took the time to work out the best deal she could offer me for transferring to T-Mobile from Verizon. I have been a 14-year Verizon customer, but I have never experienced anything close to the service and communication I received from Aileen. I would definitely recommend this location and Aileen as your contact person at the facility. I think they have the best pricing and service.”

I was having trouble transferring to my new device I got in the mail thru an insurance claim and customer service couldn't help me over the phone. He did it in 5 minutes tops. When driving there using Google Maps, it tries to route you through the entrance that’s not on McArthur drive, but that’s closed. Use the McArthur drive entrance instead.”
