I was thankful that when we checked in they informed me that they didn't have a needle small enough, rather than try and poke him tons of times. We did not get seen but the staff were very freindly and considerate.”

“Very fast for appointments and the phlebotomist I got was excellent - I barely felt the needle insertion and she was kind enough to wrap the hole with compression wrap that I brought with me. In and out in 5 minutes.”
“Went here for bloodwork. The staff member who drew my blood was amazing! I didn't feel the needle go in, and as I removed the gauze that was applied over it this evening, there is barely a mark. Thank you so much!”
“This is my second time at this location within the last week. I spent a lot of time here this morning for my three hour gestational diabetes test. This test requires 4 specifically timed blood draws- and the techs were looking out and mindful to be sure they drew the blood right on time, every time. Everyone is so nice, thoughtful, and kind. There were some grumpy folks throughout the morning that they were very patient and accommodating to. I’d highly recommend going here if you have a long lab work because they have a comfort room to wait in between testing sessions.

“My mom had a great experience at the Christiana Care Outpatient Lab on Foulk Road. She'd had difficulty getting her vein accessed at another location, but Cola was wonderful - friendly, experienced, and skilled.
Cola gave us helpful hydration tips before the appointment. When we came in for multiple tubes of blood work, she worked skillfully with my mom's challenging veins and successfully collected everything needed. She also gave us good tips on caring for the sites afterward.
What really stood out was Cola's upbeat personality - she was joking with her colleagues and creating such a positive atmosphere in the office. Her warmth and sense of humor made the visit pleasant and put my mom at ease.
We're grateful for the excellent care and will definitely return here for future lab work.”
