“The automated phone system and website are terrible to make a reservation on. It will tell a time that is open for your appointment but when you agree to the time it will tell you it's not available. The website was the same, the time boxes that were not shaded in means open time slots but it wouldn't let you pick one.The employees were really nice and efficient, I checked in as a walk-in thinking I would have to wait but I only waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that waited on me was kind and got me out pretty quickly.”

“I am a hard stick and have been since i was a child, and every other place I go to they choose to never listen as to what works for me. When I walk out I am all bruised up on both arms. I read the reviews on this labcorp and decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. From check in to getting my blood drawn these ladies were amazing! They listened and make you feel like you matter. You can tell they are a team here and thats what makes a great experience for a patient. Miss Gigi and Miss Jasmine and the check in lady ( i am so sorry i forgot your name)were phenomenal! I found my new labcorp for life !
