“They are the best!! I feel so lucky that i found them, before I start IVF with them I had 3 miscarriages, i was so sad and desperate, now my baby boy will be 6 month old next week:) 1- the office is super nice, and they have blood test office right there, so you dont have to go labcorp or anther place to get blood test. 2-All the staff ( from front desk to nurses to doctors)are super nice and professional .3- I was really impatient and cranky, i wish i can just be pregnant next day and have a baby right away, they are so efficient with all the steps and communication, I always get reply from them so fast so i never get anxious waiting answers from them. They also treated my endometriosis, and Dr. Wendy J. Schillings was my doctor. i cant think of one negative thing about this place so far. Just want to say thanks to all the staff there, Im really happy now! Thank you RAD!”

“My mom had a great experience at the Christiana Care Outpatient Lab on Foulk Road. She'd had difficulty getting her vein accessed at another location, but Cola was wonderful - friendly, experienced, and skilled.
Cola gave us helpful hydration tips before the appointment. When we came in for multiple tubes of blood work, she worked skillfully with my mom's challenging veins and successfully collected everything needed. She also gave us good tips on caring for the sites afterward.
What really stood out was Cola's upbeat personality - she was joking with her colleagues and creating such a positive atmosphere in the office. Her warmth and sense of humor made the visit pleasant and put my mom at ease.
We're grateful for the excellent care and will definitely return here for future lab work.”

Marie graciously squeezed me in and managed to keep a smile on her face as I bumbled around trying to produce my insurance information. Next, I met with Joanne, the phlebotomist, who expertly drew my blood and collected additional samples. These professionals helped me tremendously so I couldn’t allow their kindness to go without proper recognition. Thank you ladies for your service above and beyond normal expectations. I was thankful that when we checked in they informed me that they didn't have a needle small enough, rather than try and poke him tons of times. “My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!”

“*A bit of a delayed review * I use labcorp frequently and always visit the 5301 limestone rd (they are amazing) but needed specific bloodwork only the hockessin yorklyn rd could accommodate. As usual online scheduling was easy as was the self check in on kiosk. Michelle was the teammate who helped me with full check in and blood draw, she 100% went above and beyond on this day. From working through computer issues at check in, to calling me about the script after I left (dr. Error) and then going out of her way to make sure the right script was scanned while checking in with me the entire time throughout the day via phone calls (knowing full well they were slammed). She was absolutely amazing, professional, warm and efficient. Michelle was the exact person I needed that day to remind me that there are still caring people out there, especially for a service where you have to put your trust in someone to handle a sensitive matter like blood withdrawal. Awesome experience thanks to Michelle!”

“This is my second time at this location within the last week. I spent a lot of time here this morning for my three hour gestational diabetes test. This test requires 4 specifically timed blood draws- and the techs were looking out and mindful to be sure they drew the blood right on time, every time. Everyone is so nice, thoughtful, and kind. There were some grumpy folks throughout the morning that they were very patient and accommodating to. I’d highly recommend going here if you have a long lab work because they have a comfort room to wait in between testing sessions.
