“They are the best!! I feel so lucky that i found them, before I start IVF with them I had 3 miscarriages, i was so sad and desperate, now my baby boy will be 6 month old next week:) 1- the office is super nice, and they have blood test office right there, so you dont have to go labcorp or anther place to get blood test. 2-All the staff ( from front desk to nurses to doctors)are super nice and professional .3- I was really impatient and cranky, i wish i can just be pregnant next day and have a baby right away, they are so efficient with all the steps and communication, I always get reply from them so fast so i never get anxious waiting answers from them. They also treated my endometriosis, and Dr. Wendy J. Schillings was my doctor. i cant think of one negative thing about this place so far. Just want to say thanks to all the staff there, Im really happy now! Thank you RAD!”

I’ve been coming to Lab Services at Folkstone Plaza for many years, and I can confidently say this is the only place I trust for lab work. The staff is consistently professional, kind, warm, and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Whether it’s routine blood work, pre-surgery labs, or testing for a physical, I only come here—and I bring my family and children too. They’re incredibly efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. After all these years, I’ve never had a single bad experience.
What truly sets them apart is how genuinely caring and attentive they are. They make something that could feel uncomfortable or stressful actually pleasant. I always leave feeling well taken care of.

“It's crazy I'm seeing so much bad reviews but I've been going to this place off and on since I had surgery or doctor appointments and they've been nothing but nice and respectful and I never had a problem with appointments or walk-ins and some people in this world like to make things up every person you have in there that works keep them because I don't have one complaint about any person in there cuz I never ever had a problem everyone is nice and there's one person that deals with me and always gets my blood everybody's good in there something about her she just gets it on the first try she's amazing but everybody that works there is please keep them and understand that they are amazing and they are working people all this negative y'all here on here not true cuz I went to this place plenty of times never had a problem so peace love respect thanks for all y'all do and keep up the good work... Never give up”

“EkG, not bloodwork, they have moved the bloodwork area on the ground floor right across from the parking garage next to the ER...anyway the staff was great had a relaxing wait and the procedure was quick.”
“The 2 ladies at the desk on Saturday 2/21/26 were exceptionally on there game! Efficient, friendly and courteous. They should truly be commended for this. I applauded them as well due to they were the same with every patient. I loved it!”

I was thankful that when we checked in they informed me that they didn't have a needle small enough, rather than try and poke him tons of times. We did not get seen but the staff were very freindly and considerate.”

“My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!”

“*A bit of a delayed review * I use labcorp frequently and always visit the 5301 limestone rd (they are amazing) but needed specific bloodwork only the hockessin yorklyn rd could accommodate. As usual online scheduling was easy as was the self check in on kiosk. Michelle was the teammate who helped me with full check in and blood draw, she 100% went above and beyond on this day. From working through computer issues at check in, to calling me about the script after I left (dr. Error) and then going out of her way to make sure the right script was scanned while checking in with me the entire time throughout the day via phone calls (knowing full well they were slammed). She was absolutely amazing, professional, warm and efficient. Michelle was the exact person I needed that day to remind me that there are still caring people out there, especially for a service where you have to put your trust in someone to handle a sensitive matter like blood withdrawal. Awesome experience thanks to Michelle!”
“Appointment was for 9:15 a.m. for routine bloodwork. Arrived at 9:03 and was back in my car by 9:15. Brandy was professional, friendly and excellent at drawing blood. I didn't even feel the needle. I will definitely come back to this location.”

“Anytime I have come to Quest for labs it's 95% a good experience. I have had some who are not the friendliest during my encounter but they're not rude either, just a little flat, but everything is always handled in a fast efficient and professional manner. My biggest compliment is how quickly they are able to draw on my baby when she needs lab work. That is incredibly important to me. There is no multiple jabs trying to find a vein. They're in and out.”
“Went here for bloodwork. The staff member who drew my blood was amazing! I didn't feel the needle go in, and as I removed the gauze that was applied over it this evening, there is barely a mark. Thank you so much!”
“Today I had Maria, but I’ve had a lady named Kim and others. But the way Maria looked out for me was exceptional. I have a needle fear and she was calm. One of the best sticks I’ve ever had (besides Kim) and she helped me thru it. I had a lot of blood work today, and she gave me water, let me take a break when I needed to and didn’t rush me. If I could have Maria everytime I’d be a happy lady. The world and lab corp need more Maria’s!”
