Everything for the most part was still in stock for a Sunday late afternoon. Staffing was very friendly & informative. Definitely would recommend.

The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and patient. Prices are absolutely great. You cannot go wrong with this place. I most certainly see myself becoming a regular here. I only regret not coming here sooner and struggling in my home this long.

I was totally terrified not beings though my corso hates bathing and hate riding in the car. And my rottie hates getting his toe nails clipped. Let me tell you. Bob came here took them out of my house and put them into his car without a fight. After they left, I sat by my phone waiting from him to call and tell me she won't let him bathe her. Babyyyy that did not happen. Not only was Bob able to bathe her. He was also able to clip my rottie nails without a fight. They came back so clean and smelling amazing. Then my corso had the nerve to be crying for him at the door when he was leaving ??♀️. Needless to say, Bob you will definitely have a new customer and he wants me to add my african borbel puppy to the pack. GREATTTTT JOB BOB.

I took her just for her nails to be trimmed and when I tell you it was quick, it was SO QUICK. She was finished before I even finished the paperwork! The young woman working this afternoon, I wish I caught her name, but again, I’m just so anxious when I take my cat out that I’m like tunnel vision on getting her out and back home, but the young woman was lovely! She was very sweet and kind and again SO QUICK! My cat came home and had a treat for being so good and while she was eating I could see her nails and they all look trimmed which is all I needed! Well worth every penny for me!

When we boarded our dogs while on an overseas trip and one became critically ill they provided several updates a day on her condition. Melissa went so far as buying chicken and preparing for our girl to see if she would eat. they may be a little pricey for emergency care but you get what you pay for. We will keep coming back!

In addition to his size and strength, Zippy is extremely reactive, thus very difficult to control, when he encounters other dogs during walks. I advertised for dog walkers on Nextdoor and received a few responses from kids and other dog lovers. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. Fortunately, I'm again able to walk Zippy, but I will certainly call Your Pet's Best Friend anytime our circumstances require support with Zippy. I even drank some beer and it was great. I don't care for beer. 1 more setup table would have been great but we made it work. Its very comfortable. The children and adults had a great time. Seeing all my family in 1 place was awesome.

Earl & Kathy were right there to step in and ensure everything was going to be taken care of so that we could focus our time and energy on each other....just like they had done when our last dog, Copper, passed away a few years ago.
