The service department is not helpful at all. They do not return phone calls, they do not work together. My car sat for 2 days because one tech didn't tell the next it needed a battery to even start it. The other tech blamed another and 2wks later I am still without a car and no LOANER!!

They literally stole my deposit on a car they wouldn't or couldn't deliver. They won't call me back. Do not patronize this dealer.

Parts need to work on customer service . Business owner mainly deal with fleet company. Told didn't have time to give part numbers list and cost. Was rude as hell. Started using carman ford only. Which is sad because sheridan is close to my businesses.
