    I brought my grandmother there who couldn't walk. She hadn't walked in decades. This gym gave her the confidence and drive to walk again and miraculously she has been jogging every day since going here. This is God's gym. Hands down.

    I spoke with the owner on the phone when I call to inquire about the amenities, and at the time I did not know that she was the owner. What a blessing this place is in the city of Alachua!

    I love Flo and Flomotion Fitness, have lost 10lbs and my a1c went from 8.2 to 6.8. My doctor said I haven't been in the 6's in years and if I keep it up, I'll be taken off ALL my diabetes medicines. Thanks Flo for helping me with my healthy lifestyle.
