“I don't usually leave reviews but my mouth is still open in amazement!I've recently started care with Wolf Health and Performance and I have to say I'm blown away by the results.I've had an ongoing issue with my right arm for nearly a decade. I spoke to Rob who gave me some advice and worked with his team of medical professionals and within two WEEKS my problem is nearly completely solved.I still have some treatments to go to, however, my right arm has NEVER felt better. “Great place to establish your fitness routine. Clean facility with all the equipment you need and then some. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Fun and helpful class instructors. Best gym our family has ever joined. And we actually go, probably because it’s such a pleasant place to be.Nice perk is excellent wi-fi and individual TVs on some of the cardio equipment so you can pick your channel and listen with headphones. Shoutout to JoJo and staff for making this a place where our family can boost our health!”

“Staff is helpful and friendly. Has an old style curling machine that's bad for back, solar plexus, tendons, and elbows. I've used a curl machine at several AF's that you sit on with your back against a pad and it isolates the biceps. Wish they had assisted dip machine.”
