I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months safely and without extreme dieting. It no longer hurts to get out of bed, walk or bend over to pick up something or tie my shoes. Thank you Rob for all your encouragement and support. I plan to continue as long as I am able!

Not only a cool guy- but extremely knowledgeable about health and wellness. He also pushes personal responsibility and accountability and that it comes from you...not him. He is incredible, great for all ages!

I have been at the Wolfs den for about 1.5 years. Rob is amazing he is so knowledgeable about health and fitness. He really cares about us all and is there for us 24/7 if we need him. with his guidance I lost 30 lbs in 7-8 months and have been able to keep it off. we are really like family there is lots of help and NO judgment.
