I came into the bank and stood there for about 4 minutes while the bank manager spoke with a woman in Spanish . She never acknowledged me. Jan Grant is the BEST employee you have. On Sept. 16, she help my husband, and Jane was very Professional, Patient, and Empathetic. Could be good idea that She teach the other ones how to be with custumers... God Bless you, Jan, for been like you are! Never change.
