“The store manager, Pat, went above and beyond to help my son find the best boards for his project, show him some tool options, and educated him on so many different aspects of woodworking. He definitely has the heart of a teacher and it is obvious he is passionate about his work. He took so much time with us and was so patient even knowing we were only purchasing a small amount. The store had a wonderful selection of hardwoods, tools, and offers classes for 14 years and above with beautiful projects on display. It was a long drive, but completely worth it and made my son's day. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Pat!”

“I wanted to do-it-yourself install landscape lighting - path and up lights- on to save money at my new home in AZ. I had no idea what equipment I needed or what manufacturer to consider. I googled it and found several suppliers and contacted them. I was very fortunate to talk to Teddye Gardiner at Link Outdoor Lighting in FL. He explained all the things I needed to consider. I didn't know what suppliers to consider for each of the components (transformer, lights, wiring, connectors, etc) - they carry many manufacturers products. After some review, I narrowed it down to FX and Kichler. Teddye emailed me information, pricing, and suggestions for both suppliers. He wanted me to have the best products for my application. He then made sure that I got the very best service. I now have all the components and am in the process of installing the landscape lighting! Teddye took care of me, and I couldn't be happier!! “Beware when buying large appliances we got our air conditioner installed this weekend and discovered it was 6 years old and the compressor doesn't work right. Also no working electric carts for the handicapped. Assistant Manager suggested that we bring it back for a refund. That's no help since we paid someone $150 to install it.”

“First I hope Dan is cross trained in all departments or maybe you can clone him or something. Incredible experience. He answered all our questions with a smile. We had been grocery shopping in the area and decided to check out some washing machines. This store is not exactly the closest to home but we were in the area. We said we would come back in a few days. Well in a couple of days went by after checking out some other stores and didn't find what we were looking for. We decided to go check out another Lowe's store closer to home because it was raining. Big mistake this store literally two other families plus us could not get any service. I asked someone walking by they supposedly went to get someone after about 30 minutes of waiting we went to the front. They called for someone to meet us and again nothing. We decided to dart across town to see if Dan was still working. He was and actually greeted us from the moment we walked in he was waving as I was asking if he was still there because it was close to closing. I could not have asked for better service. I don't know what other departments he does work in but if you're shopping for washers/dryers ask for Dan”

The owner came and asked me can you back up in here I said yes.The staff here has wonderful customer service. They made me feel welcome and gave me a biscuit for breakfast. I will deliver here anytime.”
