“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”
