“I needed to buy a small connection for my pressure wash and I was very surprised by the service, in which the person sold me the part and despite it costing so little, he still installed it and was ready for use. I was very happy to find this store so close and with such great service. I like to provide good service and for that I need good tools and maintenance support because in addition to knowledge, good quality tools in good conditions of use make my work easier. Thanks”

“Had the best time at this Women's Woodworking Class (yes they have classes for men). My class had 7 women learning the proper way to handle power tools while learning techniques to help with your future projects. Connie was very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching the class. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. She even suggested the next class we should take to further our skills in woodworking. The class selected a wood to use for the project. You had a choice of Peruvian Walnut, Beachwood or Mahogany. The machines used were jointer, table saw, miter saw and a planer. After cutting everything we all selected board 4 pieces, glued them together, smoothed edges and put a few coats of mineral oil bring the original wood color and for protecting the board from bacteria. I enjoyed every bit of this class and I am looking forward to another class in the near future.”

“I love this store, it's convenient, the help is very helpful and it isn't Lowes or HD. I'm glad for that. They are a local small family business and sometimes like most small businesses charge slightly more than a big box store. I'd much rather buy from a family business and pay a little more than deal with a business where you have to walk miles to locate help and I have had to bring my purchase back several times because they weren't knowledgeable like the guys who work at Millers. Ignore those negative reviews I'm a long time shopper of Millers and no one asked me to post this.”

“Normally I try to do most of my shopping outside of home Depot as I have had poor experiences in the past with the large warehouses and waiting for service in aisles for well over 30 minutes after having spoken to someone who will send another person over. Today was not one of those days. Thank you to Dejuan at the front for customer service was extremely kind and human in his interaction with me to swap out some lightbulbs when I made a wattage mistake. It was fast and it was simple but he made a great first impression and helped me out with something in a store where it hasn't been the same previously.”

“I look for reasons to go to this Harbor Freight. It's always clean. Staff is usually friendly. There was only one time when staff was not very nice but, understandably, I heard some lady manager yelling at staff from the backroom. Other than that, I love this store and it's people.”
