“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool though was green for the entire duration of the 6 night stay. A clean pool is required when staying at any Florida hotel. But overall a nice hotel that needs to remain committed to all of the customers needs.”
“When we arrived, they were almost fully booked.Even though we had reservations Tiffany, the receptionist was amazing.She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that myself and my fiancé had a great anniversary.She put us in a great room and a great location.Everything we could ask for... “What a beautiful hotel! It’s in a great complex of shops and restaurants. Hotel has a delicious restaurant and the included breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve ever had! There is an omelet station where Anthony not only makes the best omelets on the East coast, he greats you with a beautiful smile and a warm cheerful welcome! The other attendants at the buffet also have excellent customer service! We found Gloria to be most helpful! And the housekeeping and check in staff first rate! This hotel manager certainly runs a fabulous hotel! My bonus? Crabtree & Evelyn soap, cream, shampoo & cream rinse in the bathroom! I’m in Heaven! XOXOXO”
