“This is THE best lil post office I’ve ever been in. The two ladies at the front are kind and friendly and efficient. It is so small you wonder if anything gets done but I was so pleasantly amazed by the greeting and help they gave.
Every PO should be like this one.”
“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. Good poeple”
“I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”
“Jose the postal worker at this location is the BEST! Me and my husband are moving half way across the country and we had so much trouble figuring out how to ship our mattress without it costing a fortune. We are so glad we came when Jose was working that day. His positive attitude and willingness to help us, really helped reduce our stress with our situation. We went through so much hassle figuring out how to ship this mattress and at the end it we were successful and happy THANK YOU JOSE!!! (if ur reading this lol) Give this man a raise!!!!”

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”

I make it a habit to wait for Elizabeth as she is always efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. Luis, one of the competent managers at this location supports the activities of his respective associates.”

“I know experiences are individual and post offices keep strict hours, as they should IMHO. My experience on a Monday afternoon was better than expected. They were polite and helpful determining my best option to send a package. Even made a little small talk while working. I’m sure it gets busy at times but the people working here seem to be very kind and helpful.”
“When I read the reviews I lost hope in finding my package. But WOW I was very happily mistaken. This annex has always answered the phone, been extremely helpful and professional. The have gone above an beyond MORE THAN ONCE to help. I'm truly impressed.”

“I live a short distance from the post office and I must say that although there are some things that are in need of upgrades and the building does need to be refurbished, I am happy with the services rendered to me. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I have seen times when customers have been extremely arrogant and cruel to them and they just smiled and carried on with dignity. The line can be long but I ask that when you do get their make sure you have everything in order for the process to go smoothly. Remember they are people also and unlike us they have to deal with attitudes for the majority of the day.”

“Do not visit this USPS if you want to send mail or drop off a package, as they will not accept it. This is a small post office, and does not have the full retail store. You can only pick up packages, so do not visit this USPS. Instead, visit the other USPS located down the road.”
“wanted to share a positive experience since unfortunately most only share the bad ones. i was very nervous about going in to set up mail services at my new address, as it’s the first time i’m renting a property and was unsure what all i needed. pedro was super friendly and explained everything very well, and helped me get setup with my mailbox keys. he also gave the new lock to the mailman while i was there so i got access to my mailbox same day. i’ve been having problems with setting up services elsewhere so it really made my day to have such a quick and easy process!”
“Love my local post office! They are still one of the best things the federal government ever implemented and still the most reliable mail carrier. Lines have always moved quickly here and the staff is super friendly!”
