“I came to the Altamonte Springs location at 6:30pm on 6/4/26, for 4 new tires, the Michelin Defenders were on sale. The first sales person didn't seem to get all the facts right - he charged me but after looking at my tires he realized the size he charged me for was wrong, but was having trouble correcting it. An employee named Jeremy came to the rescue, took over, got the order corrected, found the correct tires, and offered to get them on my car right then and there! I cannot say enough about how great Jeremy was! He fixed the situation with a smile and got my tires on promptly. He even refused a tip for this great service. Costco, this employee is a keeper!”
“I love Costco. But you need to bring your store to Middletown NY.. if I need to go to you one store it's an hour one way and two hours another way. Please orange county New York is waiting for you...”
“I have trusted the Costco bakery throughout the years to provide regular and specialty items except for bagels, because they do not carry onion bagels. Not only have I been pleased with the results, but guests have also been impressed.”
“They get everything right. Easygoing and pleasant staffers, always getting every prescription correct with very few exceptions. Over the years I have come to depend on them and I think the value of the Costco discount is amazing because it is off and below my copay.
The only limiting thing here is the hours and that's just something that has to be worked with considering that it is Costco and not a 7-day a week pharmacy. If you can work with that then you'll find this is the best pharmacy in town, in my opinion.”
“I wanted to give 5 stars to Sophie at the optical counter. She helped me order my glasses and fit them when they came in. She is kind, professional, patient, and a pleasure to talk to.”
