“I’ve been going to the Sam’s Club for probably eight years now and this tire and battery department is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is awesome other times you’re waiting for someone to even acknowledge you exist.
Their focus is the bays instead of the counter. I think a service bell that rings in the bays would help the counter service out and make people feel seen/heard. Otherwise you sit and wait until someone from the bay looks inside to see you standing there waiting to get a battery.”
“I had a pickup order this morning and I arrived around 8AM, and it was very busy. It was a wait and then I realized that the worker was by himself. Though he was alone, he was kind and showed no signs of frustration. I didn't catch his name, but I appreciated his hard work. Give him a raise!”
