“It was very fast and easy to get my appointment. The guy that came out was very fast. Nice and friendly. They even vacuumed the front of my car because I couldn't go to the car. Wash for 24 hours. The guy that did my car was awesome. He did a good great professional job and I do believe he needs a raise. Do not let go of that guy. He is the best for your company. I 'm not sure what his name is, but he gets 5 stars from me. I've”

“I dont know where to start with this review. Joe and his team are honest, helpful, and will not steer you wrong. We have had 2 cars fixed there now. One was major, a motor replacement, and the other was a complete walk through on a vehicle we bought for our daughter. From start to finish both occasions were great. We felt informed and treated fairly. Which some times is not the case when work is done at a shop. If you need something done to your car, I highly recommend you make the call to Total Automotive Services.”

“Our car's windshield and sunroof were broken and glsss from the roof was inside the car on the seats and floor, etc. I called on Saturday and spoke with Kristina. She could not do the sunroof but ordered a new windshield. On Monday she and Rick replaced the windshield, recalibrated the camera and rain sensor, cleaned up the broken glass inside the car and then sealed the open roof to protect the car from rain and allow it to be driven until the sunroof is replaced. Their prompt professional service was impressive and rare. It's nice to know that there are still professionals available”

“I recently had my car tinted and ceramic coated here, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The window tint looks flawless—clean, even, and it really enhances the appearance of the car while keeping the interior much cooler. The ceramic coating took the finish to another level. The paint has an incredible deep gloss, feels unbelievably smooth, and water just beads right off. It honestly looks better than the day I bought it. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding from start to finish. If you're considering tint or a ceramic coating, I highly recommend this shop. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be coming back for future work.”

“My wife and I are new to the area and found ourselves needing to have some body repair work done to our 2017 Chrysler 300, which is painted in a metallic black called Maximum Steel. After visiting 4 shops in the area, we decided on Gerber in Ruskin. Got the car back yesterday and here's the bottom line... The team at Gerber delivered beyond our expectations, in terms of delivering great communication, outstanding repair quality, flat-out nailing a very difficult color to match and finishing the car a day ahead of schedule. So we give them an A+ and can recommend them to anyone without hesitation!”
