“5 stars this time because of the great customer service of a nice, tall, knowledgeable young man from Albania. He helped me with a difficult job by finding the correct parts and explaining all of them. I think his name is Erylan, or Erlan. Very, very, nice and patient. This was in the outdoor spigot and hose repair and parts section with hundreds of various pieces from which to chose. He knew exactly which parts I needed and which ones I did not need.”
