“A little tough to find as this location is located in an older converted house and doesn’t have the same feel as a typical USPS. It is hard to find even off of 41 because the green directional sign off of 41 is covered with branches and green leaves. Once you turn on to Flamingo, look to your right and it’s next to a salon and a white picket fence. Hope this helps new people to the area ?”

“I needed some important documents copied and binded . I was expecting to challenge a long line and long wait, but was pleasantly greeted by the new owner. The son assured me that my copies would be done in less than 12 minutes, the young lady who made the copies did a quick job.
Copies were made quickly and I was out of there in no time.

“I was hesitant to come do a return to this location since in a previous visit there was a strong mariguana smell from the outside door and all inside the store. Also a rude young girl with blue braids.
But since the store was on my way I stepped in. Well the smell is gone. The place was organized. And a polite man took my box. So I am very pleased with the changes.”

We went to UPS to drop off a package. After scanning, we realized it didn’t fit in the designated drop-off area. There was no one at the front desk, so we called out, and a young man came out looking very annoyed. I asked where I could leave the box — he didn’t greet me or even answer, just pointed to the counter. We asked if something was wrong or if he was upset, and he rudely replied that this is just how he is, that nothing’s wrong. We left and will never come back. As we were walking out, more people started arriving, and we could hear that he didn’t greet them either — just asked, “What do you need?” in the same unfriendly tone.”
“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This UPS is solid. Same crew is there all the time. They're fast and helpful. I have the exact same experience every time I go.”
