“I just wanna take the time to redo a review on this location. Yesterday I went to the UPS store to send one of my clients Something’s. When I was in there, there was a lady in there that was extremely rude to the pregnant girl in the front. She was slamming things down and getting mad at her because she was not getting her way.
I had to point this out and bring it to the company’s attention because I am absolutely at the fact that she was so rude and belligerent with a pregnant woman first of all second of all how are you gonna get mad because you felt that someone was supposed to pack something for you????
I’ve been utilizing UPS for many years and this is the reason I come to this location because the girls at this location are so sweet. They’re so professional they go above and beyond for their job description. A lot of stores actually charge you for the things that This lady was demanding.
I am completely disgusted, and I meant to write this yesterday, but I wasn’t feeling very well.
The manager at the store has been amazing. She always goes above and beyond for all of the customers. I go to the store often and every time I’m inside they are prompt They are funny And they are genuinely sweet. I am disgusted at this lady and I seen she wrote a review. She was just mad because she was not getting her way. Unfortunately life does not work that way.! And how dare you treat a pregnant woman like that throwing stuff around and being mean to her for absolutely no reason when she came into the store with an attitude.
A manager is more than welcome to give me a call about this incident but again I just had to let you all know that the conduct of this customer was diabolical and she should be ashamed of herself”

Not just the owner (who is often on site), but her employees take the effort to answer your questions, pack your important shipments carefully, and provide good customer service.
Everyone answers your questions patiently- over the phone or in person. This kind of excellent customer service is a breath of fresh air. I will be back, and recommend the store highly to anyone requiring high fidelity shipping and tracking services.”

“Due to my husband being in the ICU at Moffitt, it was necessary to overnight some important documents. Mahmoud was extremely polite, accommodating, kind and helpful. He ensured that the Documents made it onto the UPS truck despite the fact that the driver was already loading his truck.
I then accidentally misplaced my tracking receipt. I went back and explained the situation to Mahmoud, who not only assisted me In retrieving the tracking receipt receipts, but also took the time to see that my documents had been delivered. His help and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

“I've been using this UPS Store location for nearly 10 years, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and efficient.
I recently had the opportunity to meet the owner (and head janitor!), and I really enjoyed commiserating with him. As a head janitor myself, it's always nice to meet someone who understands business and franchising.
Thank you to the entire team for providing such great service over the years. There can occasionally be a bit of a wait, but that's simply because it's a busy, well-run location. It's well worth it.”

“While at the UPS store at N. Himes and Busch Blvd. I had dropped off a package early Friday morning and had noticed there was no movement with my package I had sent on the following Tuesday afternoon when I tried to track the package. Ines, was extremely helpful in how to file a claim on the package location. UPS was able to find the package a couple of days later and it was delivered to its location. Thank you, Ines for the great service in rectifying this matter!”

“I entered the Northdale UPS Thurs 12/11with reservations. I seldom mail packages other than at Christmas. Last year was Omaha Steaks...easy. This year, situations changed. I would be buying, wrapping, packing, and shipping. I am disabled, so I panicked. I knew USPS would be more complicated and expensive. I talked myself into using this UPS as it was a few blocks away from the Bob Sierra Y after my morning warm-up. I would have them do the packing, especially with one item being liquid and the bigger box going to CA. I told myself that the stress relief alone made it worth it...a Christmas present to myself. At 8:30 when they opened, the door was opened for me by a smiling young man...later learned his name was Shelton. I followed him to the main counter and we discussed what I was working with. I let a few others ahead of me as I was not in a hurry. Shelton professionally packed my items to secure them...I watched him as he certainly knew what he was doing. While, yes, them packing using their materials is more costly, I still knew it was going to be cheaper than USPS and, oh by the way, AARP offers a disc on the materials. Also, when they do it with their materials, there is a higher level of insurance. Shelton finished up, I paid him, thanked him, and said I would be in Monday, today, with one more package. My confidence built by today, I had found a good box, packed my items, but left it open. When I went to the store, Shelton wasn't in yet, but I was greated with another welcoming smile...this time by Kristy. I told her about Thursday, she proceeded to check my work, made a few minor adjustments. Kristy closed out my package and rang me up. Yes, I have written a book, but I feel that having experienced the service by Shelton and Kristy, this UPS location in Northdale is now my go-to package center. Thank you!!”
