“Steve was super helpful in getting my almost 4 year old’s party invitations printed at the zero hour because I’m a busy parent of 2 who has better things to do than planning kids’ birthdays in a way that doesn’t involve me speeding down Apollo Beach Blvd so I can sprint into the UPS store 17 minutes before they close while scream-begging pleas to print out the invitations I just finished designing on my phone while speeding down Apollo Beach Blvd. I told Steve, “Please, if you love sweet baby Jesus, help me do the things” while gesturing wildly to my phone and then to the printer in the corner. He said email us the photo on the Wi-Fi. And I did. And he did ALL THE REST while I apologized relentlessly and waited. He made the invitations the right size, ensured it was perfect on the computer, positioned it properly so I wouldn’t have to print sheets upon sheets of these things. And then he cut them. Perfectly and precisely. And I cried on the inside because I was so happy I didn’t have to go home and painstakingly try to carve out every single Little Mermaid splattered invitation with scissors that have a broken handle that I usually can’t find anyway until I no longer need them. So if you are a parent who is kinda failing at all this kid stuff like me, go see Steve. He’s gonna take care of you. He’s really nice—he’s a parent too so he’s going to commiserate with you without judgement or maybe just a little judgment because, let’s face it, it’s kind of deserved right? Oh, and his beard is cool. Thanks for being more reliable than I am, UPS Steve.”

“Having had a bad experience with this company when it was bought a year or so ago, I'm happy to report that customer service has been recently outstanding, especially with Linda. If there's a problem with your order, she will stand behind you and make it right. Because of this, I can say I'll still be a customer (and have been for 15 years). One star taken off because I wish I wasn't having any problems to begin with...”

“My family utilizes the Big Bend location and whenever we go there, we receive nothing less than professionalism and respect. However, none were better than today. AVADH was extremely willing to help me with my questions and actually saved me $30!! His resilience and determination is what this area’s businesses needs to see. This is what it looks like. Thank you AVADH!!”

“I just wanna take the time to redo a review on this location. Yesterday I went to the UPS store to send one of my clients Something’s. When I was in there, there was a lady in there that was extremely rude to the pregnant girl in the front. She was slamming things down and getting mad at her because she was not getting her way. I had to point this out and bring it to the company’s attention because I am absolutely at the fact that she was so rude and belligerent with a pregnant woman first of all second of all how are you gonna get mad because you felt that someone was supposed to pack something for you???? I’ve been utilizing UPS for many years and this is the reason I come to this location because the girls at this location are so sweet. They’re so professional they go above and beyond for their job description. A lot of stores actually charge you for the things that This lady was demanding. I am completely disgusted, and I meant to write this yesterday, but I wasn’t feeling very well. The manager at the store has been amazing. She always goes above and beyond for all of the customers. I go to the store often and every time I’m inside they are prompt They are funny And they are genuinely sweet. I am disgusted at this lady and I seen she wrote a review. She was just mad because she was not getting her way. Unfortunately life does not work that way.! And how dare you treat a pregnant woman like that throwing stuff around and being mean to her for absolutely no reason when she came into the store with an attitude. A manager is more than welcome to give me a call about this incident but again I just had to let you all know that the conduct of this customer was diabolical and she should be ashamed of herself”

“I was in a bind as my cell phone battery was about to die so my screen went dark and couldn't be scanned. Selene helped me out and let me borrow a charger to get enough juice to scan. I also had to change location on my return ticket (somehow it was for Kohls) and Selene let me continue to charge while I got that squared away. She was patient and friendly and that is just what I needed to get through my day! Thanks so much.”

“When it comes to fast and personalized printing services, this is the place to get it. Whether I'm printing, creating banners or blowing up a photo from my phone, they've always delivered on time and with friendly courteous service.I don't bother going to Staples or Office Depot or other mom and pop printers anymore. I can rely on the staff at Fedex Kinkos on Dale Mabry Hwy and Kennedy Blvd. to make my work fast and easy!”

“Decent experience, except for Heidi. If she is the manager, then smh, she makes the place feel unwelcome, and she blatantly lied to me when I tried to get tracking information, claiming that the store had no records of shipments after the day is over, but I called and someone else was able to help me right away. Thats wrong, Heidi, and I see what type of person you are. Deceitful and shady.”

“Regina provided GREAT customer service by opening a little bit early so that I could mail my return and get to work. It was only a few minutes but those minutes are what I view as the little things that make this location a GREAT place to do business with.”

“I was hesitant to come do a return to this location since in a previous visit there was a strong mariguana smell from the outside door and all inside the store. Also a rude young girl with blue braids. But since the store was on my way I stepped in. Well the smell is gone. The place was organized. And a polite man took my box. So I am very pleased with the changes.”

Zach recommended the best solution for my needs, and the final product turned out amazing. I definitely know where I'll be going for my future printing needs. Thanks to the entire team for the outstanding service!”
