If she is the manager, then smh, she makes the place feel unwelcome, and she blatantly lied to me when I tried to get tracking information, claiming that the store had no records of shipments after the day is over, but I called and someone else was able to help me right away. Thats wrong, Heidi, and I see what type of person you are. Deceitful and shady.”

“Went in with several amazon returns. I was able to do the majority of them at the self-service kiosk. Some of them required an associate because of Amazon wanting them in a box. Very friendly staff, clean location. I never have a problem here!”

“We just moved from Pinellas County and was looking for a place that would help with packages for better rates than UPS stores, so we are excited to find one like this. Staff is friendly, pickups are on time, plus if you wish they sell lotto there too so no large lines to wait for. Great place and recommend for all your package needs except UPS, which they don’t take because there is a near by ups store”
