When I arrived, I was helped by Jason Smargon (Assistant Manager) and Armando Vazquez (Shop Manager). They were both incredibly professional and took the time to put my car up on the lift to thoroughly inspect the brakes. To my pleasant surprise, they came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine – not brand new, of course, but still had plenty of life left in them for a while.
What truly impressed me was their honesty and transparency. They easily could have pushed for a sale, but instead, they prioritized giving me accurate information. They even went a step further, assuring me that if I were to need brakes down the line, they could easily beat the dealership's $600 quote by a couple hundred dollars.

“On or about 11-4-25, I shopped tires & prices on the Tire Choice website. I decided on Good Year tires for my 2020 Cadillac to be installed.
I took the car on a trip out of town and the car shook like crazy at high speed. I returned to the shop after my trip and Luigi the manager corrected the issue and the car no longer vibrates at high speed.
It was nice of the shop to correct the issue in a professional & prompt manner.”

“While driving on 275, on our way to our son’s graduation in Miami, our minivan started flashing “check system” — not something you ever want to see on a long roadtrip.
Somehow, the stars aligned for us. The flashing light happened right before the exit — and when we pulled off the highway, the first shop we found was Proctor’s.
Long story short, the kind folks at Proctors were able to, in less than five minutes, diagnose our issue and give me an amazingly fair price to have our alternator replaced.
Beyond that, knowing we had a graduation to attend that same day, they jumped into action and told us they’d have us back in the road in two hours.
The phrase “the kindness of strangers” is so undervalued. The folks at Proctors made what could have been a horrendous experience into something manageable. They did so with kindness and care. Their price was more than fair — far less than I had anticipated. The speed in which they acted to get the car fixed so we could make graduation — I just have no words.
I cannot more highly recommend this shop. I’m so very grateful for their service.”

“I deliver here. My appt time was at 5am. They had me offloaded at around 3 hours(13 tons of tires delivered). I arrived on sunday around 7pm, parked there overnight, delivered the next morning and was on my way 3 hours later. They have a restroom inside during working hours for delivery drivers.”

I try to put in a pick up order in and product is our of stock. but you go into the store and long in behold they have what you want and alot of it. wanted to put in a order for today. no sams brand papertowels in stock. go in and they have more than enough. why? “I have read some of the negative reviews and I can understand if they were looking for a specific tire or something. However - my wife had an issue with her tire leaking slowly from the rim. They had it fixed in 10 mins and charged a very reasonable price. I prefer smaller shops because they are privately owned and not subject to corporate sales quotas and dependent on selling customers things they don’t need.
They did a great job and we were very satisfied.
I would recommend that if you go you call first and make sure someone is there.

I parked my van at the service center and walked right into the Sam Club shopping Center,explained want I needed, paid the amount, gave them the keys,grabbed a grocery cart (which was 6 feet)from me and did my grocery shopping.
