I received a great interest rate and the closing costs were minimal compared to other lenders. I am a Realtor and very familiar with Mortgage lenders. Trustco even paid for an appraisal. I really appreciate her help today even though there were other employees rudely telling her what they can’t do and I can tell trying to steer her away from helping me. When it’s not what u say it’s how u say it and if ur going to tell her anything pertaining to a customer that’s right in front of her and can hear u next time do it in private. Definitely very rude of her and the other 2 people that were back there with her. But shout out to Sabrina the 5 stars were for her not the branch. I appreciate her very much. Other employees should take notes from her on how to handle ur customers.”

“Been banking here for years and years. They advertise their notary services, only to be told that the paperwork doesn't have the requirements and fields that THEY require. We have no control over what the paperwork does or does not include.
I wouldn't rely on them for services that you expect to be included in your banning experience. Don't be surprised if you're turned away.”
